VC-H264SD
The HauteSHOT™ VC-H264SD is an MPEG4 H.264 Part 10 AVC video server which supports both encoding and decoding. It is an ideal turn-key solution for streaming video over IP from virtually any analog input source to any playback destination. Just attach any PAL or NTSC analog camera to the BNC input of the VC-H264SD, and it will digitally encode the video using the H.264 MPEG 4 codec. Or attach a monitor at the receive end for playback.
The VC-H264SD offers supperior performance for wireless video streaming with high compression, resiliance to jitter, and simple management. Supporting all of the standard transport protocols including HTTP, Unicast, Multicast and RTSP/RTP this video server is the ideal companion to any wireless installation. It can interoperate with most NVR systems or can be used stand alone.
Video can be played using any computer with VideoLAN (VLC), or through Internet Explorer web browsers. You can also monitor your video through the video output port for camera focus and alignment.
The VC-H264SD is great for electronic news gathering, production monitoring, event production, or retrofitting analog surveillance networks. Use it with any HauteSpot HauteWRAP router.
