The first thing to do if you are a customer (i.e. have already purchased HauteSpot Networks equipment) is to log into the web site. Select Website Login Logout from the menu above under Support. This will give you access to all of the available resources on our site, including complete training material, manuals, software
upgrades, tools, design guides, etc. Generally your user ID will be your first initial and last name. If you are unsure of your ID, then you can request it by clicking on the
Lost Password link, then provide the email address that you use with HauteSpot Networks.
If you do not have an account, you can request one using the
register button. HauteSpot Technical support will verify that you or your company have purchased equipment from us before activating your account.
If you are having technical issues, please be aware that standard technical support is limited to email support during the first 30 days after purchase. If you would like priority telephone support, you will need a current
HauteSpot Extended Support Agreement (Link).
