How do I factory reset my HR-WRAP version C device?

If you cannot remember the IP address of your device, the following procedure will describe how to recover you device.
Forgot your user name/pass word
If you have forgotten the user name and/or password of your device, you will have to RMA the device. The default user name is 'admin' with no password. For security reasons, there is no mechanism to recover a lost password or administrative user id.
Resetting the IP Address
To reset the IP address or other settings of your device, you will need the HSConfigurator tool. If you don't already have it installed, it can be downloaded from the HauteSpot Networks web site.
Step1:
Open the HSConfigurator tool. It will open a log in window named 'HSConf Loader vX.X.X'. In the log in window, there is a button with three dots […]. Select this button to do a scan for your device.
Step 2:
Select the Mac Address of your device in the scan window.
Step 3:
Log in using the Mac Address instead of the IP Address.
Step 4:
Select the [New Terminal] button near the bottom. In the terminal window, type the command 'system reset-configuration run-after-reset=autorun.rsc' followed by the [enter] key to run the command. You will be prompted by a warning, select the [Y] key to continue. Allow one minute before log in.
Step 5:
Repeat step 1 to reconnect to the router and apply configuration. The default IP address will be reset to 192.168.1.1.
